A traditional of 5 Baht fine was firstly created by my ex-media director, when she rules media planning groups for Nestle and L'Oreal.
The rules and regulations of the fine is very simple:- A penalty charge of 5 Baht to be billed to a planner, who made a mistake in a report (spellings, numbers or fail to includes any member in a mailing list).
The trick is assumed/referred as a reminder for each planner, for not making the same mistake.
The good news is: I am now bringing back the tactic....starting with my own group.
