Finally, I've made my mind

After three and a half years at Universal McCann, I finally made my decision to be flying off to the real world.

Though it was not such a easy decision for me as during the past years, I believed that I have grown up with the McCann environment; the style, the people and the system.

Next, it is not easy to let the team go, especially to the new mate who has just filled into the vacant place. What can I say is....he has got a potential and I really wanna see/feed him grow.

It is real hard to accepted that within the next few months, I will need to be standing on the alien environment....all alone by myself.

Whatever will be, will be....just wait and see!
