Hey, I am here!

To be a boss at a very young age is not an easy job. In reality, I am just a normal guy, who still want to be playing around with friends as well as having a personal/private life.

It is not fun to be acting at all time like a 30 year-old manager, whose responsible to leads the group into a right direction, in fact, I have just finished my 25th birthday a while ago.

It hurts me a lot every time I see my subordinates, who are in the same age as mine be able to play around....but I can't, just because of the word "the title", "the status" and "the image".

Wondering if there is anyone ever understand me?

Hey, that's one type of pressures of being young and successful. But there are so much on the positive side of it. I suffered from the same problem when I became a lecturer at 21. But overtime, you will find the middle road in which you can enjoy yourself, play, and act your age without causing tensions or shocks or frowns from others. They will understand you eventually, if they are conscious or when they fall in your shoes. There will be a state of compromise.

Hey, you can play with me.. but you rarely did.. hehehe
