Reading through some of her interviews and written articles, I have realised that this lady is extraordinary!
Here are some little tips, shared by Noo-Dee on how to makes your brain being fresh and be ready for everything:-
- Drink lots of water
- Eat good fats:- Salmon, Soya milk and Vitamin C
- Daily 12-minute meditation
- Be focus/concentrate on what you are really want to do
- Be happy and smile
- Be open to learn and accept new things
- Be forgiving to yourself and others
- Conducts a graceful dairy
- Take deeper breath
