HK

I still remembered my first impression of my very first trip to HK with my family. It was in 1996, just months before the big changes.....from the new airport to the politics.

At the time, Kai Tak International Airport of HK was known as one of the worlds' excitement-airport, having a runway heading down to the sea!
There was no HK Disneyland in 1996, therefore, the only missions for us at the time was shopping, and seeing the Ocean Park.......

In February 2006, I've got another opportunity to make a revisit to this island....and I have to say, my impression to this city has changed!

1. Better and greater choices to shops.
2. There is HK Disneyland
3. I've got at least 2 friends from SSEAYP in the city; one was my cabin mate, Tee from Singapore, another was my SSEAYP brother, Yojin.

I was amazed and excited to be meeting these two in a foreignland other than SEA and Japan! Especially to Yojin as the last time we met was back into 2002 in Japan.
He now works here in the embassy of Japan in HK...I can see the bright future from this J-brother, good onya mate!
