After been flying off between Bangkok to Chieng Mai for many times in a month, I finally felt this is too much for me. I have to spend a whole day in the city in order to approve a bus-wrap media!

While it were being wrapped! Busy checking the colour.

The Vitamilk's bus finally runs.

The bus and I.
A question is; Why this has to be a WHOLE day as the flight back to Bangkok have been operating every hours by Thai Airways International, along with other low-cost airlines; Nor Air, Air Asia as well as Orient Thai?
An answer to the question is very simple; my supplier do a barter-media campaign with one of the mentioned low cost brand, then we have to be flying with that red-tailed aircraft without any other choice.
Our original schedule was set to be:
BKK>>CNX 10.00
CNX>>BKK 14.00
However, I was informed that regards some reason from the airlines, my return flight have to be postpone to 20.00!
As a former tour guide, I suddenly chick through the official website of the airlines to check on other alternative flight...and what I found was>>> There is no flight to be operating at 20.00 as claimed, but 22.00 something.
I then informed my supplier if their information is wrong as I don't think both client and team-creative will be happy with the delay....and what I've received from supplier as a reply was...it's a special flight!
Back into Chieng Mai at 18.00 hours, we've learnt throughout our arrival to the departure hall that;
- The flight has to be delayed to 00.20!!!!!
- And we've also learnt that there is no flight at 20.00 but our names were listed on the 22.00 one.!!!!!!
In additional, the airlines staff/reception seems not to be friendly in terms of the way he speaks to customers. According to a service marketing text I used through my postgraduate education it says; at least a good explanation shall be given to clients.
That night, I flew back to the city of angels by Thai Airways at 19.15 with angers (to supplier and the red-tailed) and fun (as it is my first time ever for me to do a stand-by ticket).
