I have no idea why judging an applicant in an interview to bring myself lots of troubles?
The good news for me is; the interviewing week is now over, and the brand new planner to be starting his/her job as soon as possible.
On the other hand, I've learnt two lessons from this activity that are;
Searching for the right person (to be match to my working style) is even harder than applying for a (new) job myself.
One will never get a job (at least for ad industry) if he/she doesn't own a (good) connection in the house.
Here in Thailand, things listed on your resume as previous work experiences will not be lifting the applicant as a qualified candidate. The first thing that HR managers (at least for advertising) will definatelly look in that piece of paper will be;
One: You must be a degree holder from either one of the top govenment uni (Chulalongkorn, Thammasat, Mahidol-Int'l programme) or from Assumption uni.
Two: If ones holds a master degree from overseas uni, that will be his/her advantage!
Three: An ability of speaking and (some) writing English.
Four: Your look
Five: Your senses on survivor!

My final comments:
The judging weight to be mainly based on the survivors fitting personal, plus an ability of day-to-day English-communication.
