Though, the games in Thailand is known as "Buddy", however, I decided to use an international name of this, the "Monito".A term, Monito is believed to be a Spanish word, which means a secret friend.
All participant must pick a note (filled with the name of a participating player). And they have to give this person gifts, attention or in other ways show that he/she cares...but without that person finding out who he/she is.
It is fun as about 60 of McCann(ers) from account management, creatives, media, public relations, and activation departments paid their interests in joining in the two-week games. And everyone gets excited to this activity.
The Monito-announcement day became a big pot-party event to the company. Surprises and smiles are all around the 29 and 30 floor of Bangkok City Tower.
