In term of work, I have been working here for a three-whole-year. And during the years, I have been seeing friends and people being pop-in and off the agency, especially within the department.
Some times, it is very hard to accepted that a person you used to be hanging out, having lunch, talking and having an argument with for years is leaving....but that is a circle of life...and of course....you will be facing the same situation (of making a decision of leaving) once you have got a better offer.
One secret is:- advertising is different from other field/industry that once one is walked out and joined into a new agency....within a few years, he/she will be welcomed back to the old house (with a better rate, of course).
I would love to dedicate this section to all my beloved mates in the pictures.They all left for new places.....
