The interviewing weeks are now over....this time, the way to select/screen candidates/finalists is even easier than the one I did in September.
I have learnt from my own experiences that the most perfect candidate may not always be the final answer to the group and organisation. So, for this time....selection processes is a bit deeper to a personal life/personality of each candidates.
Lets wait and see the out come of my selection is work!
