It's repeating again and again around this time of each year.
It seems like many of people in the industry are now searching and moving for another opportunity at a new place.
During the past months, I have acknowledged that most of the cool/great person I know have now decided to move.
And at the same time, I was asked by those friends what is/are the reason(s) why I keep staying at this place?
There is no exact reason from me... I just know what I am now doing and I know what I want.
