Please don't pissed me off

I am wearing up to 3 mask at this moment, as a planner, a lecturer and a student. Each of them required a responsibility to its own way.

The reality is no one has asked me to do such lot of work and activities like this. I have chosen it on my own.
Before stepping into a shoe, I have already make sure to myself that I will do it by my very best. And I am sure, I did it that way.

However, it is true that no one can built a big stadium all alone by him/herself. It needs coordination.
Coordination is such a hardest thing on this mother earth as sometimes we can not control people, time, and conditions. These are the external factors that make things getting harder and harder.

As no body is perfect at the time (s)he was born, and I do believed that people at these days won't easily turned to be enlightenment.
The easiest way is, try to split your idea into a logical thinking step.
As a boss, better give a clear direction to your subordinates.
And as a subordinate or an assistant, better share can come up with your idea as work in progress report to your boss.
