In summary, two of the major companies in Thailand are now decided to make adjustment(s) to their employee's wages, according to the new cost of living.
Though the number of monthly adjustment is not that high, Baht 500 + Baht 600 and Baht 600 respectively.
But this represents how these companies care their personal. And this is the reason why each year there are thousand of people are trying to get into the organisations.
On the other hand, in terms of business operation, what will it be if a company have to spend/invest more while it is receiving the same amount of income?
